Once you receive the keycode paste it into the key area and click set. The driver should now say License Verified. Once verified set the properties of the switch. If you are using a gigabit switch you need to set gigabit to true and press set button. This will allow the driver to communicate with the gigabit version ( Dell 54xx and 62xx ). The 35xx series switches need the driver set to false. If you are using 2G products set the 2G setting to True. If you are using a gigabit switch and 1st Gen product make sure the 2G is set to false. Once those settings are done click on the actions tab in the driver and click Initialize Switch. Then go to the connection tab and do your HDMI bindings and then refresh navigator. Your Done!

Check that you are using a NULLModem Serial cable. The one included with the switch is nullmodem. If you are making your own cable pins 2 and 3 need to swapped on one end. Once verified unplug the serial cable from the switch and power cycle the switch then wait 3 minutes and plug the serial cable back in. Go to actions and click Get SVC Tag. If you are still having issues after this contact support.
